GUARANTEE
      Fred Marvin Associates guarantees its tools and parts against defects in workmanship, materials and temper. If an item is found to be defective, Fred Marvin Associates will replace it at no cost. Items returned to Fred Marvin Associates must have shipping charges prepaid. Any product not manufactured by Fred Marvin Associates is subject to the expressed or implied warranty of the original manufacturer.

Established Accounts
      1% 10 days, Net 30. A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) will be added to all invoices that are 30 days beyond invoice date.

Unestablished Accounts
      C.O.D. cash for all unestablished accounts.

All Accounts
      Any account past 90 days will automatically revert to C.O.D.

Credit Card
      Credit card orders and purchases will only be processed when the respective item(s) and shipping charges to the card are cleared and authorized.
